A legend of the black, green and gold, with over 250 club appearances, come and enjoy a unique opportunity to get up close and personal, as you learn about Courtney's extraordinary journey. If you love your Rugby and you are able to get to this event, it’s unlikely you will ever get a better chance to spend quality time with such an iconic figure; whilst helping raise valuable funds for two very worthy charities.

In 2016, Joining Jack joined forces with another powerful charity adversary and friend, Duchenne UK, previously Duchenne Children’s Trust. The pioneering partnership united two powerful parent-led charities, and enabled the pooling of funds and knowledge, creating a joint Director of Research and giving the most comprehensive, efficient way of working together to support the Duchenne community and help end Duchenne.
Duchenne UK is the UK’s largest funder of research treatments, clinical positions and clinical trials and also acts as the national Duchenne patient charity.
In early 2018, Ruth Strauss, wife of Sir Andrew Strauss the former England cricket captain, was diagnosed with an incurable lung cancer that affects non-smokers. Ruth died on December 29th 2018; she was 46 years old and mother to two children, then aged 10 and 13.
In her memory, Sir Andrew has launched the Ruth Strauss Foundation to provide emotional support for families to prepare for the death of a parent and raise awareness of the need for more research and collaboration in the fight against non-smoking lung cancers.
